15.1 Notice to Correct

通知改正

If  the Contractor fails to  carry  out  any obligationunder  the Contract,the  Employer may by notice require the Contractor to make good the failure and to remedy it within a specified reasonable time.

如果承包商未能根据合同履行任何义务，雇主可通知承包商，要求其在规定的合理时间内，纠正并补救上述违约行为。
